1. Return period

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

2. Return eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be returned in its original condition

  • not have been damaged

  • be returned with any original accessories

Any return that does not comply with these conditions may be refused.

Once the product has been returned and checked, the refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order.

Refunds are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days after receipt and validation of the return.
